A system alert was received by our technology team at 2:49 AM CST on 11/3/2023, rendering Web Sales unavailable. It was determined that a virtual server providing backend services to the customer-facing web services was not responding to requests. At 4:33 AM CST, the workload was shifted to the customer-facing web servers, restoring access to all Customer-facing websites.
As of 4:51 CST, access to the reporting system and portal is still unavailable.
Our team continues to work to resolve the issue and will provide updates as they are available.
At approximately 4:55 AM CST, the issue with the Business Access Server was resolved, and all services were working as expected.
