Check For Optional Updates

Software updates are managed automatically for required updates. However, Agile Ticketing occasionally publishes optional updates to provide new functionality or fix critical bugs. To check for optional updates:

  1. Open the Agile login window.

  2. Click the Configure button Image_2.jpg.
  3. Click the Check For Updates button  in the Configure window.

  4. Available optional updates will be listed in the Check For Updates window.

  5. Select the desired update and click Apply Update.Image_5.jpg

  6. Agile Ticketing will automatically close, and the selected optional update will be applied.

  7. Click OK. The login window will appear and you may log in normally.
