System Issue 11/11/2017

At approximately 8:30 am Central Time the Agile systems supporting box office sales started experiencing a service affecting issues.  Our support team is working on a resolution.  Please check back for additional information.

9:10 am - We have communicated with a provider that found some configuration changes were made in error on a security appliance within our network.  This caused communication issues between the Agile systems needed for box office sales. 

9:20 am - All systems seem to be back online and in a stable state.  Please contact support if you are experiencing any ongoing issues.


We are still in communication with the security provider to determine the timeline of events that lead to the service interruption and why the configuration changes did not get applied correctly.  We will report back a root cause explanation once we have more information.
