Changing the Cut Type for a Ticket Printer to End of Order

 

Boca Ticket Printer

Cut after an Order 

1. Open the Control Panel, and click the Printers and Devices.

2. Locate the Boca BIDI FGL 300dpi (or 200dpi) 24/46 printer.

3. Right-click and select Printer Properties.

4. Click the Preferences button at the bottom left of the new window.

5. Click the Advanced button in the bottom right of the new window that opens.

6. At the bottom of the new window, you will see an option under Printer Features called Output Bin.

7. To change the cut to the end of an order instead of at the end of each ticket, click where it says Normal Mode and change it to "Cut last ticket of job only".

8. Click Apply and Ok until you are back in the Printer Properties window.

9. Click on the Advanced Tab.

10. Select Printer Defaults at the bottom left corner.

11. Click the Advanced button in the bottom right of the new window that opens.

12. At the bottom of the new window, you will see an option under Printer Features called Output Bin.

13. To change the cut to the end of an order instead of at the end of each ticket, click where it says Normal Mode and select "Cut last ticket of job only"

14. Hit Apply and Ok until you are out of the Printer Properties windows.

 

Stimare Ticket Printer 

Cut after each order. There are two areas where this command will need to be changed.

1. Open the Control Panel and go to Devices and Printers.

2. Highlight your Stimare Printer.

3. Right-click and select Printer Properties.

4. Click the Printer Preferences button at the bottom left of the new window.

5. Click the Advanced button in the bottom right of the new window that opens.

6. At the bottom of the new window, you will see an option under Printer Features called Output Bin.

7. To change the cut to the end of an order instead of at the end of each ticket, click where it says Normal and change it to "Total cut/present at end of document". 

8. Click Apply and Ok, until you are back in the Printer Properties window.

9. Click on the Advanced Tab.

10. Select Printer Defaults at the bottom left corner. 

11. Click the Advanced button in the bottom right of the new window that opens.

12. At the bottom of the new window, you will see an option under Printer Features called Output Bin.

13. To change the cut to the end of an order instead of at the end of each ticket, click where it says Normal and change it to "Total cut/present at end of document"

14. Hit Apply and Ok until you are out of the Printer Properties windows.

 

Star Receipt Printer 

Cut after Individual Tickets

1. Go to the Control Panel.

2. Click on Devices and Printer.

3. Right-click on the Star TSP100 and click on Printer Properties.

4. Click the Device Settings tab.

5. You should see the options for Page and Document Cut Type. Change both of them to Partial Cut.
