Vital / TSYS credit card processing network service interruption 8/18/2017

Agile Ticketing has found that the Vital / TSYS credit card processing network is currently experiencing service interrupting issues.  Clients that utilize merchant accounts on the Vital / TSYS network are currently not able to process cards successfully.  We are in the process of contacting Vital / TSYS to determine the reason for the interruptions and for a resolution.

    TSYS's official twitter account @TSYS_TSS has mentioned the issue they are currently having on their processing network. They are taking steps to address the issue as quickly as possible.

    TSYS has not officially announced the problem has been resolved, but Agile Ticketing is seeing cards being processed successfully. We are continuing to monitor the problem, and we will continue to update this page with further information.
