On June 7, 2017 we were made aware of an issue with our order confirmation email process for web based orders. In the normal process of an order a customer would receive an email confirmation detailing their order along with any E-Delivery tickets attached. Between May 30th and June 7 order confirmations were not being delivered. This was as a result of a problem introduced in the latest version of the application software.
This issue was addressed the afternoon of June 7, 2017. In order to make sure tickets and receipts were delivered to customers we resent emails to all affected orders.
